Just think. You can become a criminal if you don't purchase health insurance as proposed by the Baucus bill. As reported by Jim Brown of OneNewsNow, "A healthcare expert says the healthcare bill drafted by Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus (D-Montana) creates new taxes and cuts to the Medicare program to reduce the cost to the federal government, but does nothing to reduce the cost of healthcare in the family budget.
The Wall Street Journal says the Baucus bill would break all 50 state budgets by permanently expanding Medicaid, the joint state-federal program for the poor. The bill would for the first time make Medicaid available to childless adults and also extend healthcare insurance subsidies to people up to 400 percent of the federal poverty level. Under the senator's plan -- known as "America's Healthy Future Act" -- individuals who fail to pay the $1,900 fee for not buying health insurance could be charged with a misdemeanor and face up to a year in jail or a $25,000 fine. Dennis Smith is a senior fellow in healthcare reform at The Heritage Foundation's Center for Health Policy Studies. He says that penalty is just one of the many "hidden, unknown consequences" in the legislation. "We've been warning about this for some time of how intrusive the federal government is going to become in all of this," he states. "Obviously when you have a mandate, you have to enforce that mandate." Smith says expanding the current Medicaid entitlement is irresponsible. As he points out, states cannot afford the existing Medicaid program. "Congress earlier this year had to bail out the states to the tune of $87 billion over a two-year period," he notes. "[So] it makes no sense when you know the current program is unsustainable to add another 11 [million] to 15 million more people into the Medicaid program." Smith notes that although the Baucus bill does not contain a public health insurance option, an amendment for one will be offered today in the Finance Committee -- and if that public option amendment is not approved in committee, he expects it will be offered on the Senate floor as well. As originally introduced in mid-September, the America's Healthy Future Act carries a price tag of $856 billion -- but "will not add to the federal deficit," states a press release from Baucus' office.
OH, isn't it nice how the government is looking out for its citizens by making them criminals if they don't purchase health insurance if the proposed Baucas bill is passed. If you think the government is going to have problems with staying afloat with all the trillions of dollars in debt now, just think when health care is mandatory, and everyone will automatically be entitlted to it. Then we can also expect the millions of illegal aliens to be covered as well. Critical mass is what will occur, which means that the government will simply be no longer sustain itself and virtually will become bankrupt and our money will be worthless. Any student of history can easily see this is where we are heading.

Is Amnesty on the Horizon
Everyone should go to USANumbers.com. It is a good website for those that are concerned with the massive illegal immigration that is being dumped on our country. With the millions of illegal aliens in our country and their descendants in our country, we see our healthcare being out of control, cities being destroyed, crime increasing, and our laws and values being changed. It's shocking to hear that 80 percent of our population growth in our country growth after 2004 will be from immigrants and their descendants. Our country is quickly becoming a non-white country that will no longer reflect our white european forefathers and foremothers. It will look like a typical third world country. The November Criminals (our elected politicians) are continuing trying to reduce the illegal immigrants by simply giving them amnesty, and magically, they are all citizens and we no longer have an illegal immigration problem. It's sad the apathy our people have by not realizing the destruction that is about to fall on our country, and simply not caring about it. Please read below.

But the Obama Administration vows it will not sign a bill unless verification is included. So, Sen. Even though I do not believe we can extend coverage to those who are here illegally, I also don't simply believe we can simply ignore the fact that our immigration system is broken. That's why I strongly support making sure folks who are here legally have access to affordable, quality health insurance under this plan, just like everybody else. And we certainly should not let this debate on health care -- one so essential to Hispanic Americans and all Americans -- get sidetracked by those looking to exploit divisions and kill reform at any cost. That's what they always try to do.

The group made news recently when it was terminated from any U.S. census bureau work when its staff in Baltimore, MD counseled reporters posing as a pimp and a prostitute on how to set up a house of ill repute using tax dollars. The Obama trained Leftist group ACORN has been exposed again and must have its non profit status removed, return the taxpayers money and have all taxpayer funding pulled. California will have 18 million more people in 2050
What many don't understand is the devastating affect that the illegal immigration and their children population will have on the United States in the future. We already see it now, but what happens when literally the population explodes to the point that we as a country can't sustain ourselves. As I speak with people across California, I haven't found anybody who thinks the state's enormous problems will be easier to solve by adding millions more people to live here. In fact, most think the prospect to be horrendous.
Yet, very few citizens of California -- and even fewer well-connected California elites -- are doing anything to try to stop this population growth from happening.
And this is what is on the way . . . .
The U.S. Census Bureau states that if immigration remains basically unchanged the U.S. population will grow by about 50% by the year 2050.
Applied proportionately to California, that means the current 37-million population will expand by another 18 million to 55 million (with no end in sight)!
The growth is being caused almost entirely by new immigrants and by births to the 10 million immigrants already living in California. This is a state that doesn't have enough water to meet the daily needs of 37 million people and of its agricultural industry and of its natural inhabitants and ecological systems. Right now, it is agriculture in this grossly over-populated state that is caught in the middle, with farms being denied the water to keep many of them alive.
Think what the choices will be with 10, 15, 18 million more people.

Perhaps a better way to have expressed it would have been that we are adding a net of around 1.5 million legal and illegal immigrants each year. Also, the 1.1 billion by 2100 figure is assuming the high range of projections, while NumbersUSA tends to stress the mid-range projection of around 600 million (up from 307 million today). Nonetheless, the question is definitely one that should get a thoughtful response from a Member of Congress which is forcing nearly all of that growth.
ANSWER: Right now, Congress is focused on enacting comprehensive health-insurance reform, but I do think we also need to enact comprehensive immigration reform. I personally believe the United States is a nation that has been built by immigrants and that immigration has always been a source of strength for this country....

So, apparently Rep. Capps not only believes that a billion people in the U.S. would be great but wants to pass legislation to make sure that happens a lot faster.
Seriously, is any leader from California really serious about this matter? If they really looked at the numbers and tried to figure out how they are going to accommodate all the infrastructure and water and energy needs for the 18 million additional residents by 2050, shouldn't they be in crisis mode?
Oh, that's right, they ARE in crisis mode -- permanently, it seems. But the majority position of the state legislature and of the state's congressional delegation is that immigration and population growth should be INCREASED!
Of course, there are many academics and government specialists out here who propose various measures that meet part of the need. If we stopped pushing massive population growth, those measures might buy some time.
But even if we halted 100% of immigration tomorrow, the population momentum from the last three decades of higher-fertility immigrants will ensure another 20% population growth by 2050, according to Census. That would mean another 7 million Californians, but would be so very much easier to try to deal with than 18 million.

Cash For Clunkers: Helps Foreign Companies, not America.
I Received this a while back about the so called Cash for Clunkers program that pres Barack Hussein Obama enacted to help jump start the economy. Read this. It should open your eyes a little bit more.

The only part of the stimulus program that is working, the cash-for-clunkers program is, in reality, a subsidy to foreign car companies, proving that Barack Obama is the best president Japan ever had. The Department of Transportation reports that the ten leading trade-ins are all American branded cars while six of the top ten new cars purchased - and four of the top five - are foreign. So the United States Senate is about to pass additional funds to subsidize the trade-in of American cars and the purchase of foreign cars.
DOT reports that the following are the ten top trade-ins, all American:

No choice, that is, but to not spend the money in the first place. Cash for Clunkers will do wonders for the Japanese economy, but its impact on the US job situation is problematic. This unintended consequence is a great illustration of what happens when the blunt tool of government subsidy is applied to the fine tuning of a free market economy. Government planners keep getting it wrong. That's why socialism is such a bad idea. So Obama can boast of a great success in taking American cars off the road and replacing them with foreign cars. Great going!

Senator Kennedy helped to destroy America through immigration
There has been no senator that has destroyed America more than the now-deceased Senator Ted Kennedy. Kennedy has literally changed America from a White-Christian country to a path in which the U.S. will become a non-white country in less than 40 years. After that, our freedom and sense of a European country will no longer be in existance. It will resemble that of any third world country. We already see that by anyone that lives in a major city, or for that fact, lives in California, Texas, or New Mexico just to name a few can see that that the white population, which is less than 50 percent white, the safety of ones family in those areas is just not there. As a result America doesn't reflect the same people that founded this country, the same people that instituted our love for our sense of freedom and liberty, and the same people that established our beloved Republic. Now, we have literally millions of people coming into our country that do not have those same ideas or history. Remember, a race of people is what makes up a nation. No nation in the history of this world has succeeded successfully through integration, and it never will. So just a reminder. These are the big immigration policies that Sen. Kennedy helped push through Congress that has caused the total devastation of our country.
-The 1965 revamp of the entire immigration system. It ended 40 years of low immigration, got rid of solid numerical caps and opened up chain migration into every overpopulated country in the world, exploding annual immigration numbers.
-Massive expansion of the refugee programs in the late 1970s, opening up massive loopholes and encouraging a domestic resettlement industry that became a major lobby for more and more overall immigration.
-The 1986 blanket amnesty. Kennedy's skills may have been best seen here where he got legislators on our side to agree to the amnesty in exchange for enforcement rules that he made sure were written in a way that would not work. Within a decade, he would be using the inability to enforce the 1986 rules as an excuse for why we needed more green cards and more amnesties.
-The 1990 immigration act, which increased overall immigration by another 35%. The first Pres. Bush was Kennedy's co-partner, just as the second Pres. Bush was Kennedy's eager co-partner in trying to force through another blanket amnesty 2001-2008.
-The 1990 act also established the lottery whereby we randomly give away 50,000 green cards a year to people in countries picked because they have the least ties and cultural association with the United States, and which disproportionately are terrorist-sponsoring countries.
-The H-1B visas which have enabled corporations to keep hundreds of thousands of American kids from getting a foothold in the high tech industry.
-The total defeat of liberal civil rights champion Barbara Jordan's blue-ribbon commission recommendations to reduce overall immigration and eliminate chain migration and the lottery in 1996.

President Obama plans to indoctrine children in his speech to them.
Is the president using his bully pulpit to push social change in America's schools?
Neal McClusky with the Cato Institute's Center for Educational Freedom believes the Obama administration is engaging in outright indoctrination of school children. He says that on September 8, Obama will address schools nationwide -- and in conjunction with that speech, school teachers have been sent study packets and a letter from the Department of Education, complete with assignments and questions to ask their students. "The letter says that 'no other task is more critical to our economic future and our social progress than what these schools do.' Now that alone is a little disturbing because it suggests that the schools are supposed to be pushing social change," McClusky notes. Some of the suggested discussion questions teachers are to ask students include: "Does the speech make you want to do anything?" and "Are we able to do what the president is asking of us?" Calls to the Department of Education in order ascertain the topic of the speech have not been returned.
Apart from the discussion questions, the Department of Education has sent out a "menu of classroom activities." McClusky says those activities include reading books on President Obama and participating in the Department of Education's "I Am What I Learn" video contest, and discussing "why it is important that we listen to the president and other elected officials." "And so this appears to be very much something intended to make kids talk about how important the presidency is and apparently how inspirational this president is," McClusky points out. "And it could also be about using the schools as tools of social change." McClusky calls the event "unprecedented." He adds that the Constitution lays out explicit powers for the federal government and education is not among them. "So the federal government has been really unconstitutionally involved in education for the last 40-some years," McClusky says. He adds that in that time there has been a shift to a more centralized control of education in the implementation of No Child Left Behind, The Race to the Top Fund -- which includes $350 million to develop a national test and force states to adopt national standards. According to McClusky, the real danger in all of this is that conservatives, who at first did not believe the federal government should be involved, are the ones who are now pushing for the change. He hopes this educational speech and discussion will serve as a wakeup call. McClusky adds that it is antithetical to a free society to have schools run by a centralized government. We all remember, the Soviet Union used to brag that anywhere within the Soviet Union on any specific day, they knew what any child within the Soviet Union was being taught. We see the same thing. The National Educational Association has bragged in the past that their agenda is to socialize and indoctrinate the school children and not being reading or writing. Parents need to be aware that the public schools are just a tool for the humanistic agenda or other words, creating children that do not love their Christian heritage, or race, but instead indoctrinate them in accepting homosexuality, abortion, and not believing in God.

According to McClusky, the real danger in all of this is that conservatives, who at first did not believe the federal government should be involved, are the ones who are now pushing for the change. He hopes this educational speech and discussion will serve as a wakeup call. McClusky adds that it is antithetical to a free society to have schools run by a centralized government. We all remember, the Soviet Union used to brag that anywhere within the Soviet Union on any specific day, they knew what any child within the Soviet Union was being taught. We see the same thing. The National Educational Association has bragged in the past that their agenda is to socialize and indoctrinate the school children and not being reading or writing. Parents need to be aware that the public schools are just a tool for the humanistic agenda or other words, creating children that do not love their Christian heritage, or race, but instead indoctrinate them in accepting homosexuality, abortion, and not believing in God.
